New Vice President of Worldwide Sales Joins Airgain

Smart antenna developer grows with new appointment

Carlsbad, Calif.; April 23, 2008 — Airgain, Inc., a smart-antenna innovator improving wireless connectivity in next-generation wireless systems, welcomes Alan Frank to the position of Vice President of Worldwide Sales. Mr. Frank will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining the company’s relationships with OEM and ODM customers in North America, Asia, Europe, and around the globe.

Frank comes to Airgain from Semtech Corporation, a supplier of analog and mixed-signal semiconductor products for use in computers, portable devices, and communications equipment, where he served as Director of Western Sales.

With more than 17 years experience in information technology, communication equipment, and video industries, previously, Frank served as Director of Worldwide Sales and Business Development for Oren Semiconductor, a privately-owned fabless IC manufacturer that designed, developed and marketed VLSI demodulator ICs for the digital television and set-top box markets prior to its acquisition in 2005.  He has also held various key positions at Altera Corporation; Cypress Semiconductor and Epson America.

Frank received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
