Antenna+® family products covered by a limited warranty.
Warning: Due to potential for injury and damage to the product that may not be covered by warranty, Airgain recommends that any service or repair of the unit be performed by Airgain or its authorized service representatives.
Products covered by this Five Year Limited Warranty include products in Airgain’s CENTURION™ 4G, CENTURION™ 5G, MULTIMAX™ 4G, MULTIMAX™ 5G, ULTRAMAX™ B, M2MAX®, OMNIMAX®, OPTOMX® and ULTRAMAX™ Glass product lines that, in each case, are (i) ordered after January 18, 2022, AND (ii) shipped on or after February 14, 2022 (“Covered Products”).
Products from Airgain’s AirgainConnect® platform of products is specifically excluded from this 5-year Limited Warranty and are not considered Covered Products under this Limited Warranty Statement. Other Antenna+® products not listed above are also not covered by this Limited Warranty Statement.
Airgain, Inc. (Airgain) warrants that the Covered Products are free from any defect in materials or workmanship. This warranty only extends to the original purchaser (or first purchaser in the case of resale by an authorized distributor) and is not transferable (Some laws or regulations do not allow restriction of warranty coverage to the original buyer, so this restriction may not apply to you.).
If you purchased your Airgain product as part of another product, this warranty in no way replaces or is an extension of the warranty of the manufacturer of that product, which warranty is the sole responsibility of that product’s manufacturer.
The warranty period lasts five (5) years from the date of delivery from Airgain to Airgain’s customer (“Warranty Period”), and not from the date of purchase from its authorized distributor (if applicable), unless applicable law or regulation requires a longer period and in that event then only for such longer period of time as required by such applicable law or regulation.
Airgain will, at Airgain’s sole option, repair or replace the defective unit.
Airgain must be notified promptly in writing of any claim to be made under this limited warranty including details of the defect and warranty claim, product model and serial number (if applicable), upon discovery of the defect. Claims under this warranty must be made during the Warranty Period through Airgain’s service center or through an authorized Airgain distributor. Please contact Airgain or the distributor (as applicable) and have the original, dated invoice or receipt ready. If purchased through a distributor, the distributor will contact Airgain customer service to handle your warranty claim. Do not return the product to Airgain or the distributor without prior approval.
After review and verification of the claim, Airgain will provide buyer with information on how to obtain service and/or a return merchandise authorization number (“RMA”). If an RMA is provided, buyer must return the product, transportation charges prepaid, to Airgain. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished, at the election of Airgain. All returned products that are not repaired and returned to buyer shall become the property of Airgain
Distributors requesting a warranty claim should contact Airgain customer service to obtain a warranty return authorization. The distributor will then need to return the product to Airgain together with satisfactory proof of the date of purchase.
If Airgain’s examination does not disclose a defect in material or workmanship on a product claimed to be defective, buyer agrees to pay Airgain’s established charges for unpacking, testing, and re-packing the product for reshipment to the buyer. If Airgain provides repair services or replacement parts that are not covered by warranty hereunder, buyer shall pay Airgain for such services or parts at Airgain’s then prevailing time and materials rates.

Implied warranties (including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement) shall not apply to the product, except where local law prohibits the exclusion of such implied warranties, in which case the duration of such implied warranties shall be limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above. Airgain makes no warranty that the product will meet your requirements or be error free. In no event shall Airgain be liable for any loss, inconvenience or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise, resulting from breach of any express or implied warranty with respect to the product except as expressly set forth herein. Laws in some locations may not permit (i) the exclusion of implied warranties, (ii) limitations in duration of an implied warranty, or (iii) the exclusion or limitation of certain kinds of damages. In those locations, the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. To the extent that this warranty statement is inconsistent with local law, this warranty shall be deemed modified only to the extent necessary to obey law.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY MADE BY AIRGAIN WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT AND IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY. AIRGAIN LIABILITY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS LIMITED SOLELY TO THOSE LIABILITIES SET FORTH HEREIN. IN THE EVENT THAT ANY PROVISION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, OR PORTION THEREOF, SHOULD BE OR BECOME INVALID OR UNENFORCEABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THAT PROVISION SHALL BE ENFORCED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMISSIBLE SO AS TO EFFECT THE INTENT OF THE WARRANTY, AND THE REMAINDER OF THESE WARRANTY PROVISIONS SHALL CONTINUE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Except during the warranty period provided herein, Airgain reserves the right to revise the terms of the limited warranties without notice, and such revision shall become effective as of the effective date indicated on the revised warranty statement available from Airgain’s website https://www.airgain.com/airgain-inc-one-year-limited-warranty/.

AIRGAIN AND ITS AFFILIATES HEREBY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL: (A) SPECIAL, GENERAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE OR OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS OR REVENUE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF AIRGAIN AND/OR ITS AFFILIATES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND EVEN IF SUCH DAMAGES ARE FORESEEABLE; (B) CLAIMS BY ANY THIRD PARTY, (C) DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, GENERAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE OR OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS OR REVENUE ARISING OUT OF MISUSE OF THE PRODUCT. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall the aggregate liability of Airgain and/or its affiliates arising under or in connection with the device, regardless of the number of events, occurrences, or claims giving rise to liability, exceed the price paid by the original purchaser of the device.
